Stepping in as interim Engineering Team Lead while owning the design and evolution of a cloud-native EKS platform built around developer experience. Working with engineering teams and stakeholders across continents and cultures in a global organization. Developers get isolated, testable environments spun up by CI/CD in minutes; merged code flows straight to test and ships to production with one click.

Bringing AI and agentic workflows into how we actually build and ship software; from agentic coding and automated code reviews to developer acceleration tooling. Designed and rolled out a company-wide setup delivering Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock so developers can use tools like Claude Code and Claude Desktop, complete with quota management, budget controls, and full observability. Building custom skills, commands, and agents for these workflows has become a core part of daily work.

Security and cost are treated as first-class concerns: least privilege everywhere, Karpenter for compute right-sizing, and OpenCost for visibility and accountability.

Designed and operated a EKS-based platform on AWS, implemented GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, and drove cloud automation and observability improvements across the platform engineering team.

Progressed through System Engineer, Google Cloud Engineer, and AWS Cloud Engineer roles. Built fully automated Terraform and Jenkins pipelines that migrated managed customer platforms to the cloud at scale. Designed and implemented SCPs and a managed control account structure across AWS and GCP; the pattern now known as AWS Control Tower.

Drove the AWS migration and designed the cloud infrastructure for a large consumer web platform. Provisioned and operated Kubernetes clusters using Rancher, and owned deployments, monitoring, and on-call operations.
